This past Saturday was a monumental event for the Biomedical Visualization program as we had our opening night for the first-ever exhibit of digital art at the National Museum of Health and Medicine Chicago! A collection of beautiful and complex medical and anatomical images displayed on high-res screens drew a broad crowd of professionals and students alike to see what we at BVIS are “wowing” the medical world with! We treated our guests to a large table of delicious and unique finger foods, beverages, a low-lit ambience of digital wonders, and of course, pleasant conversation.
The BVIS crew welcomed all of our guests with this savvy and informative brochure of the displayed work. Take a look at a few snapshots of the action below!
Stay tuned to get in on the exciting events BVIS hosts here in Chicago, and watch for updates on events to come!
